I actually did day 16 on day 15 and day 15 on day 16.   Did that sentence make sense to anyone but me?    Thursday I was teaching my Wedgy Widget earring class and I like to make one as the students make one, so that I can show them what’s going on.   I decided to go with shades of green.   Friday’s challenge was to make something green.    Since I am making up my own rules here, I figured it was o.k. to flip flop the days.    So here are the earrings for day 15.   I think these turned out nicely.   I have made these earrings with all of the tiers one color, and with all of the tiers different, but I hadn’t made a pair with different shades of one color before.   I like them.   I may have to experiment with this idea some more.    I taught this class again on Saturday and started a pair in reds and oranges.

The challenge for Thursday which I did on Friday was to make a multi-strand necklace.   We’ll, I decided to make multi-strand earrings.     When I was teaching last month one of my students showed me a cool pair of earrings that she had made.   They were brick stitch on the top and swingy on the bottom.   At this point I just sort of have a vague impression of what they looked like, so these are what I made inspired by Jenny.
